The Signature Experience begins with an initial consultation to fully grasp your vision, preferences, and required functionalities. This forms the foundation for tailoring unique design concepts that accurately reflect your style and needs. The journey continues with spatial planning to optimise your layout for both function and aesthetics. As we progress, detailed designs including CAD drawings, are created, providing you with a clear visualisation of the expected outcome. Throughout the project, meticulous management of trades ensures everything runs smoothly according to the established timeline and budget. Finally, the process culminates in the styling phase, where your space is transformed into a cohesive and beautifully curated environment, completing the signature touch of your personalised design experience. Frequently Asked Questions

How much does The Signature Experience cost?

The Signature Experience is priced on application but as a general guide, prices start from £2795 + VAT. The service is paid for in 4 installments. 25% is required upfront to secure your slot, 2 payments throughout the design and installation process, with the balance payable on completion when you’re completely satisfied. When we reach the stage of FF&E procurement, this is invoiced separately with a fee of 10% off the RRP. Please note all prices quoted are subject to VAT. Any additional revisions are billed at £100 per hour plus VAT.

Is The Signature Experience right for me?

This package is a luxury, turnkey service and ideal for those juggling busy work and family life with no spare time for decision making, planning and implementation. Everything you can imagine is taken care of. I have worked with trusted contractors over many years on multiple projects, so rest assured you are in safe hands.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

A round of revisions is included at every stage in this package, so you can rest assured that if you’d like to make any changes after we’ve talked each stage through, it’s no problem at all. Any additional revisions are billed at £100 per hour plus VAT.

What should I expect?

A creative and exciting process. But most of all, fun! We will work closely together over many weeks so it’s my mission to make the experience as enjoyable and stress free for you. It’s designed to take the guesswork, overwhelm, and stress out of decision-making. Right down to flowers in a vase at our final handover, you’ll be able to enjoy your newly designed space straight away without having lifted a finger.
