Design Decode: This 90 minute consultation is priced at £250 and is payable in advance to secure your appointment time.
Colour Craft: This service is priced at £650 and is payable in advance to secure your appointment time. One round of revisions is included. Any further revisions are charged at £100ph and a payable prior to asset release.
Virtual Vision: This service is priced at £1295 per room, with payment split into two convenient increments. You’ll be invoiced for 50% of the total prior to our initial online consultation. Once the Detailed Designs have been completed, the remaining 50% will be invoiced prior to their release to you in an online presentation.
I understand that sometimes revisions are necessary to achieve the perfect design. That’s why I include one round of revisions in this service at no extra cost. If you wish to make any further changes beyond this, additional revisions are priced at £100 per hour. You’ll be billed for these prior to the release of assets to your inbox.
The Signature Experience: For the full scope of my full interior design service, my prices start at £1895 per room. I understand the importance of value in the selection of an interior design partner. My pricing is carefully positioned to be competitive with other top-tier designers while ensuring exceptional service and outcomes for my clients. This approach guarantees that investing in my services brings not just aesthetic and functional enhancements to your space but also represents a prudent financial choice compared to the broader market.
I am committed to delivering exceptional quality and value in every project I undertake. To maintain these standards, I typically do not take on full Interior design projects with a total budget of less than £50,000. This ensures that I can dedicate the necessary resources and attention to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients.
To make the financial aspect of your project more manageable, I invoice incrementally throughout the project’s duration. This approach allows for better cash flow management for you and provides a clear record of progress and expenditure.
Procurement: When choosing The Signature Experience, I will expertly coordinate the entire procurement process, ensuring a smooth and efficient execution. Bower Interior Design Ltd is responsible for placing orders, liaising with suppliers, organising deliveries, and any returns/refunds. This is charged at 10% of the total RRP and will be added to your invoice payable prior to any fixtures, fittings or furniture being purchased.
Project Management: This is a vital aspect of my Full Interior Design service. As every project is unique, it’s hard to determine how often I will need to be in touch with trades, additionally it’s prudent to expect the unexpected along the way. To ensure seamless coordination and efficient communication with contractors and trades, I bill blocks of 10 hours in advance before any work commences. This proactive approach ensures that your designs are executed according to plan and that progress is consistently monitored and maintained. With my dedicated project management service, you can trust that your project will stay on track, no matter what hurdles may arise.
